History

The company was founded by Mr. Wen Song Jian and operated under the name of Kou Yi Iron Factory. It was mainly engaged in the manufacturer of wood working machine and hydraulic oil presses machine at the beginning of its establishment.

In response to the demand of the shoe industry, the company started to develop the NSK-150 semi-automatic vertical triangle type shoe injection molidng machine.

In order to cooperate with the successful development of P.V.C. foaming, the company also developed a spiral vertical injection machine, widely used in the footwear industry. P.V.C foam makes domestic slippers and sandals, it is light weight and beautiful and can access to global markets.

Officially registered as Kou Yi Iron Works Co. Ltd.

Successfully launched rotary type automatic foaming sole jointing and ejection molding machine, model NSK-294. It immediately solved various problems in the shoe industry and saved 30-40 workers per production line globally. It not only saves huge labor costs but also improves product quality and output.

Moved to the new factory at No. 10, Alley 50, Lane 305, Section 3, Chung-Shan Road, Tan-Zi District, Taichung City.

Developed two-color and three- color DIP machine, models NSK-294-2C and NSK-393-3C.

Won the 'Excellent Product Design Award' issued by Taiwan Footwear Manufacturers Association.

(2) Successfully developed the automatic single color rain boot injection molding machine, model NSK-374.

(1) Developed the fully automatic two-color rain boot injection molding machine, model NSK-375-2C

(2) In the mid-term, EVA foam injection molding machine NSK-638 series was successfully developed.

Won the "Excellent Machinery Golden Dragon Aeard" from ROC Machinery Association

Won the "Excellent Product Design Award" issued by the Ministry of Economic Affairs.

(2) Successfully developed the PU injection molding machine, model NSK-826 series.

Successfully developed rubber injection molding machine, model NSK-906 series.

The factory and administrative office buildings were expanded at the same place in response to the demand for production capacity.

Won the "The National Brand YuShan Award- Best Product Award" issued by Republic of China National Enterprise Competitiveness Development Association.
